(This recipe is from her mother-in-law, Elaine Citrome. Easy and delicious)

Easiest noodle pudding:

8 ounce pkg. broad egg noodles
1 cup dark (Thompson) raisins
5 large eggs
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted and cooled
1/3 cup sugar
4 cups whole milk

3 cups corn flakes, coarsely crushed (can leave > > whole)
1/4 cup dark brown sugar

Preheat oven 350 degrees. Grease 9"x13"  Pyrex dish.
Spread uncooked noodles over bottom, sprinkle with raisins.
Whisk eggs, sour cream, butter and sugar until smooth, whisk in milk and pour over noodles. Let soak at least five minutes.
Mix cereal and sugar, sprinkle evenly over noodles.
Bake one hour or until firm in centre.  Serve warm
or room temp. 
Makes 8-10 servings (at least).
